Anushka's Reaction As Kohli Misses 50 In Do-Or-Die RCB vs CSK Game Viral

RCB batters came out with great intent in a do-or-die clash against CSK in the IPL 2024 on Saturday. It's a do-or-die match for both teams to grab a playoff spot.  More so for RCB who have to beat CSK by 18 runs in order to qualify for the top-four. Starting with the opening dup of Virat Kohli and Faf Du Plessis , along with Rajat Patidar , Glenn Maxwell and Cameron Green , everyone contributed as RCB posted a huge target for CSK. While RCB skipper De Plessis scored a half-century, Kohli missed the mark by just three runs.  He was caught on the boundary ropes by Daryl Mitchell off Mitchell Santner . Mitchell had a tricky situation as he lost balance but was aware of the ropes to take a clean catch. Even Virat Kohli's wife and actor Anushka Sharma thought that Mitchell had gone past the rope. MS Dhoni Shatters Quinton de Kock's T20 Record To Claim Stunning Feat

One of the finest cricketers to ever play the Gentleman's Game, MS Dhoni continues to break records even at the age of 41. Up against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match on Friday, Dhoni smashed T20 cricket 'world record' as he went on to become the wicket-keeper with the most number of catches in the shortest format of the game. It was Quinton de Kock who earlier held the record but he was surpassed by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper in the list.

Dhoni and De Kock were tied at the No. 1 spot before the match started, with both taking a total of 207 catches in T20 cricket. After Dhoni grabbed the catch of Aiden Markram on the bowling of Maheesh Theekshana in the match, he went past De Kock to make the numero uno spot solely his own.

Dhoni isn't the only Indian in the top 5. Royal Challengers Bangalore wicket-keeper Dinesh Karthik is only three catches behind Dhoni in the list.

  1. 208 - MS Dhoni
  2. 207 - Quinton de Kock
  3. 205 - Dinesh Karthik
  4. 172 - Kamran Akmal
  5. 150 - Denesh Ramdin

In the match against the Sunrisers, Dhoni also produced a stumping effort and a run-out. In total, the 41-year-old veteran of the game was directly involved in three different dismissals in the game.

The Super Kings produced a brilliant effort with the ball, limiting the SunRisers to just 134/7 in 20 overs. Ravindra Jadeja was the superstar with the ball for the 4-time champions, bagging three wickets for 22 runs in the match.

US Man Shoots Through His Front Door To Fend Off Robbers

A video has surfaced on the internet which shows two men pretending to be maintenance workers trying to break in by kicking the front door. The two men were armed with handguns. However, the men were greeted by a barrage of bullets from the homeowner. The wild scene was captured by a doorbell camera. The video starts with one of the suspects, Aaron Contreras, knocking on the apartment door of Ethan Rodriguez. He claimed to be a maintenance worker there to check on the filters in his air conditioner, according to the New York Post. Mr Rodriguez answered the door via a digital doorbell app on his phone and said that no one was home. A few minutes later, the suspect came back with a handgun and tried to kick down the front door.
